Marketing
Our team will take care of everything in order to maximise the earning potential of your villa. We start with a professional photo shoot and photo-editing, and then put in place a wide spectrum online presence to maximise your occupancy rate.
Our team, which is fluent in 5 languages, will then take care of the bookings and communication with the guests. This approach maximises your chances of finding the right customer.
Guests Management
We will ensure that the guests are taken care of in the best possible conditions and that the villa staff meets their expectations.
Bills Management
Future Investments Bali will make sure that all the villa’s bills are paid in full and on time in order to guarantee that the villa functions to its optimum capacity.
Care of the Villa
Future Investments Bali will conduct a weekly status check of the villa to make certain that it remains in a pristine state.
This covers the construction and all the equipment and grounds such as the hot water boilers, AC units, swimming pool and garden.
We will take care of ongoing repairs that are required.
Reporting
Each month you will receive a status report containing the following:
- Return on investment report containing a summary of your earnings, costs and occupancy rate .
- Villa status report summarizing the state of the villa, repairs to be done and general state.
