MICRO-PILE FOUNDATION
A high performance technology
Micro-piles are used for projects all over the world and are especially suited to difficult ground conditions, such as natural or man-made obstructions, sensitive soils with adjacent structures, limited access, reduced headroom, karst or in particular loose and soft soils, such as rice paddies and sand areas.
For Bali and the entire Indonesian archipelago micro-piles are one of the most effective solutions in terms of costs, quality, and efficiency.
CRAWL SPACES
A signature cost-effective and efficient maintenance solution
Crawl spaces, hollow areas under the floors, are convenient and unobtrusive places designed to contain technical features of a house.
Building crawl spaces allows unrestricted easy access to maintain all the plumbing, electrical wiring, drywall, insulation and heating, and cooling systems – an absolute need in tropical areas with humidity and heavy rains.
STRUCTURE
Steel beams, a key feature for time-efficient constructions
Steel is our choice structural material. Durability, loads, integrity, waste reduction (as structural steel is recyclable) are among the major benefits of using steel beams for structural features.
Steel can be assembled quickly and efficiently in all seasons. Components are pre-manufactured off site with minimal on-site labor, this allows for 20% to 40% reduction in construction time.
WALLS & PARTITIONS
Double-layer walls: the key for optimal energy consumption.
For double-layer walls, a gap is managed between the outer and inner walls. Using a rigorously designed set of materials (gypsum panels, plasterboards, glass wool).
Our special double-layer walls are the perfect solution for thermal and sound insulation of tropical buildings. Efficient thermal and sound proofing results in reduced buildings’ energy consumption.
PLUMBING & ELECTRICITY
European standards for maximum safety and controlled consumption.
We only use quality material, polyethylene pipes and water manifold systems to control water distribution. These combined with crawl-space guarantee ease of access for maintenance optimization.
Our electrical installations are systematic, SNI compliant, and up to high European standards for maximum safety and cost efficiency.
All the functions have been studied and validated so that the water supply and evacuation is optimal.
SUSTAINABILITY
Less concrete and a lower carbon footprint for lower costs and better living.
We researched and adapted technological innovations to every aspect of our developments, in order to build smarter, cost efficient and environmentally conscious constructions.
Building with steel beams leads to an 80% decrease in concrete usage, as a result we need an average of 100 fewer construction truck trips than similar sized traditional projects.
Double-layer walls insulation technique generate substantial electricity savings, and reduced air conditioning wear and tear.
